If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please fill in our order returns form below and send this back with your returns to the address below. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for UK orders and within 21days for international orders, where a full refund will be issued (excluding the delivery charge). Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. All returns are subject to the store manager.
All items returned to us must still be in its original packaging ensuring that the labels have not been removed from the garment.
For your protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that carries a Tracking Number- Capital Collection are not held responsible for items that are lost in the post.
